Who we are

Rainledger is a procurement intelligence platform operated by Wisteria Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). We help small professional-service firms identify and evaluate government contract opportunities by synthesizing publicly available procurement records. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at rainledger.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. You may also provide your firm's name and other profile details to enable matching.

Firm profile data. To generate match scores, you may provide information about your firm: capabilities, NAICS codes, target agencies, geographic service area, certifications, past performance records, and similar attributes. This data is used solely to operate the matching engine on your behalf.

Usage data. We collect standard server and application logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the application. This data is used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.

Communications. If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to resolve your inquiry and improve our support processes.

How we use your information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Rainledger platform
• To generate and display procurement opportunity match scores specific to your firm
• To authenticate your account and maintain session security
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, service notifications)
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse

What we do not do with your data

• We do not sell your personal information or firm profile data to third parties
• We do not share your firm profile with other Rainledger users or with government agencies
• We do not use your firm profile data to train AI models offered to other customers

Government procurement records

The procurement signals Rainledger surfaces are drawn from publicly available government records. This data is published by government agencies and is not private information. Rainledger does not collect, store, or transmit any non-public government information.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@rainledger.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed password storage, and row-level access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.

Cookies

Rainledger uses session cookies necessary to authenticate your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction with applicable data-rights laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
